Technical Training Developer

CNH Industrial seeks a Technical Training Developer to design and deliver training for advanced agricultural and construction equipment within a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you will create accurate, engaging content—manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources—for technicians, operators, and dealers. Partnering with engineering, product, and safety teams, you’ll translate complex machinery and powertrain concepts into clear learning experiences. You’ll support virtual and in-person delivery, evaluate learner outcomes, and continuously improve curricula aligned with CNH Industrial’s innovation, safety, and sustainability culture, while collaborating with diverse international teams.
