What You’ll Be DoingAs a Quality Engineering Intern, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver excellence. You will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to our strategic quality objectives
, helping to shape the future of how we ensure excellence in our products. - Transform raw data into powerful insights by creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards that drive decision-making.
- Help us standardize excellence by documenting and improving key processes and procedures across the business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on impactful quality and continuous improvement projects from start to finish.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student who is passionate about quality. The ideal candidate will have:
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Computer, Software),
MIS
, Computer Science, Statistics, or Industrial Technology (Sophomore level or above). - Proficiency with data and productivity tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization software like Power BI
. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - The ability to work flexible hours in our Ames, IA facility:
40 hours/week when class is not in session and 10-20 hours/week during fall/spring semester.
