What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver excellence. You will have the opportunity to:

Contribute to our strategic quality objectives, helping to shape the future of how we ensure excellence in our products.
Transform raw data into powerful insights by creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards that drive decision-making.
Help us standardize excellence by documenting and improving key processes and procedures across the business.
Partner with cross-functional teams on impactful quality and continuous improvement projects from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student who is passionate about quality. The ideal candidate will have:

Current enrollment in a degree program for Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Computer, Software), MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or Industrial Technology (Sophomore level or above).
Proficiency with data and productivity tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization software like Power BI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
The ability to work flexible hours in our Ames, IA facility: 40 hours/week when class is not in session and 10-20 hours/week during fall/spring semester
