As an HVAC Project Lead, you will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for diverse projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
• Conducting site visits and inspections to evaluate project progress and work quality
• Preparing detailed project status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulations
• Supervising and guiding project team members as necessary
• Identifying and addressing project risks with appropriate mitigation strategies
• Managing project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to clients
