We're looking for an engineer who enjoys improving processes, implementing new equipment, and solving problems that make a measurable impact on safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Process improvement and continuous improvement expertise
- Experience with DOE, FMEA, SPC, or similar quality tools
- AutoCAD and/or Solid Works experience
- Industrial automation experience is a plus
- Lead high-impact improvement projects from idea to implementation
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Influence how products are made—not just maintain the status quo
- Long-term growth in a stable manufacturing environment
