We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll DoGreet service customers and identify vehicle concerns

Create accurate repair orders and service estimates

Review maintenance needs, pricing, and repair timelines

Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs

Coordinate repair progress with Service Technicians Keep customers updated through vehicle delivery

What You'll Bring1+ years of experience in automotive service, dealership operations, customer service, or a related customer-facing role Manage repair orders, service estimates, and customer authorizations

Comfortable explaining vehicle maintenance recommendations, pricing, and service timelines to customers

Coordinate multiple active repair orders between customers and Automotive Service Technicians Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar software

Working knowledge of basic automotive repair terminology, and multi-point inspections

Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service documentation in a service department

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
