Reporting directly to the Plant Controller, your analysis will do more than just track numbers—it will tell a story. You will investigate variances, uncover root causes, and provide the critical insights our production leaders need to improve efficiency and profitability on the factory floor.

As a Cost Analyst, you will be a key financial partner to our operations. You will have the opportunity to:

• Drive the monthly financial close process
  , delivering accurate and timely reporting that provides clear visibility into plant performance.
• Dive deep into manufacturing costs by analyzing variances in price, scrap, and material usage to uncover root causes and recommend improvements.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to our production team leaders
  , providing the cost analysis and profitability insights they need to make smart decisions.
• Enhance our reporting capabilities by leveraging tools like SAP and Business Intelligence to support the annual budget process and other financial initiatives.
• Ensure financial integrity by applying accounting principles to all tasks and proactively investigating and resolving questions with strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive analyst who is eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  .
• 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  .
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting systems such as SAP or Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  , with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
  , with a flexible and results-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in the US, without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
