- Partner with affluent clients to identify financial goals, analyze financial landscapes, and develop recommendations that help them achieve well‑defined objectives.
- Communicate complex financial solutions to clients, using interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Build meaningful and long‑lasting relationships, developing and implementing appropriate financial solutions.
- Obtain all required licenses within 120 days from the start date.
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience (required).
- 5+ years building long‑lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience (required).
- Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – multiple issuers required.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) – preferred.
- Chartered Financial Analyst Level I – preferred.
- If you do not have CFP or CFA, TIAA will cover the cost of obtaining a certification and may increase your base salary upon successful completion.

CompensationAdvisors are eligible for a competitive variable compensation package based on external sales, book of business, and balanced performance metrics, with material upside potential. Base salary may vary based on experience and business sector. In addition to base salary, compensation may include incentive programs linked to performance.
