Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Financial Advisor for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care to our patients every day.

• Assist patients in person, online, and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns.
• Help patients find options to resolve their balances.
• Maintain work queues and reports.
• Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities.
• Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic.

Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package.

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET

Days:
Monday - Friday.

Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Customer service experience and working with the public required.
