Safely prepare, administer, and chart medications;
Check and prepare each dose immediately preceding administration;
Record administration of the medication on resident's medication administration record;
Perform accurate pulse and blood pressure and recognize their significance in drug therapy;
Timely report any changes in resident condition or reactions to medications to the RN/LPN on duty
