Primary Health Care (PHC) is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist to provide one-on-one peer support and model recovery. You will work with peers to assess needs, set goals, and connect them with resources, while collaborating with treatment teams.
The role may involve in-person, virtual, or remote support at PHC locations. Qualified candidates bring lived experience with substance use or mental health recovery, trauma-informed care, and strong communication skills.
