McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Certified Athletic Trainer for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for collaborating with physicians tooptimizepatient and client activity in athletic, work, life.

The practice of athletic training encompassesassistingthe physician with the prevention, examination, diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of emergent, acute,subacuteand chronic neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Practice goal is to minimizesubsequentimpairments, functional limitations,disability and societal limitations. All of this is donein accordance with

Education:

Bachelors degree from an accredited professional athletic training education program

Certification/License:

State licensure from Board of Certification

Experience:

Previous experience preferred but not required
