This role focuses on 1–7 years substantive executive compensation or EBEC‑focused law firm experience; executive employment agreements, severance, change‑in‑control protections, equity plans, stock options, RSUs, performance shares, profits interests, M&A executive compensation, 280G, 409A, 457(f), 457A, proxy compensation disclosure, comp committee counseling.

This role focuses on 4–10 years substantive employee benefits/ERISA law firm experience focused on retirement and qualified plans; 401(k), pension, profit‑sharing, plan design/amendments, plan sponsor counseling, nondiscrimination testing, plan corrections, EPCRS/VFCP, IRS/DOL audits, SECURE/SECURE 2.0, M&A benefits diligence, plan integration.

Compensation: $160K–$225K

Experience:

2–10 Years

This role focuses on 2–10 years ERISA/ESOP law; employee benefits and compensation; ESOPs, 401(k) s, profit‑sharing plans, plan drafting/amendment, ERISA compliance, fiduciary duties, plan corrections, M&A benefits due diligence, plan transitions, client relationship development.
