Director, Supply Chain & Factory Services
, you will do more than just manage operations; you will shape the future of our supply chain and factory services, driving long-term improvements that make a real difference.

This is a role for a true change agent. You will have the autonomy to develop your team, foster a culture of accountability and cooperation, and act as a key liaison between our factory, sales leaders, and customers. Your leadership will directly influence our success.

• Take full ownership of our supply chain performance, driving improvements in key metrics like
  On-Time-Delivery and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and empower your Supply Chain and Factory Services teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
• Use
  data analytics to uncover trends, develop a long‑term strategic vision, and drive key improvement initiatives across the site.
• Act as a key
  change agent
  , building strong relationships across functions to create a cooperative and high‑performing environment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the factory, our sales leaders, and customers, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field, combined with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience end‑to‑end
  Supply Chain Management
  , with a proven track record of driving process improvements, is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on knowledge of
  SAP.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence others.
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills in English.
