Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance technical execution, team coordination, and client communication. Design-build experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Develop labor, material, and cost estimates
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Manage projects to meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements
• Lead and participate in project meetings; provide clear status updates
• Oversee project close-out, documentation, and turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical construction or related fields
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
