Sunday – Thursday, 9 pm–7:30 am

As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, driving quality, efficiency, and teamwork every day in a fast‑paced environment. You will work side‑by‑side with a supportive team to keep production running smoothly, handle raw materials (up to 55lbs. dry pre‑mix powders), operate and monitor cutting‑edge equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, perform light maintenance, and help continuously improve our processes.

• Handle, transport, weigh, and analyze raw materials and finished product samples.
• Print, verify, and reconcile labels; support silo filling, packaging, and batch sampling operations.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and palletize for storage.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Physically capable of safely lifting and moving up to 55lbs. consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and solid foundational computer skills (data entry, basic systems).
• Dependable and flexible, willing to work overtime to support business needs.

Hourly rate: $21.98.
