What You’ll Be Doing- Implement and optimize advanced manufacturing technology, including robotics, vision systems, and DC electric tools.
- Enhance efficiency by improving workplace design, process flow, and equipment layouts on assembly and test lines.
- Act as a key technical resource, analyzing production data and collaborating with shop floor personnel to solve tooling and process challenges.
- Lead projects to improve current manufacturing methods, driving cost reductions and boosting product quality.
- Champion a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all processes meet high standards and contribute to a safe, clean, orderly work environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering or Technology, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
- A logical and practical approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to analyze complex situations objectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively from plant floor to management.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
