• Perform all production activities and operate production equipment in accordance with plant capacity and safety requirements.
• Handle raw materials, transport them, weigh them per batch formula, and add them to mixers.
• Monitor equipment and production process parameters; record process conditions and actions.
• Inspect and reconcile labels, complete final packaging, and ensure quality of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support in investigating asset utilization issues and communicate relevant details with team members.
• Maintain process and equipment documentation for tracking overall equipment effectiveness.
• Display and promote positive safety behaviors, ensuring adherence to safety directives and guidelines.

Critical Information:
Onsite, Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM. Physical labor required on production floor. Occasional physical tests and clearance required, including respirator fit tests.

Education/Licenses:
Needed High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of related experience preferred. Certification to operate forklift.
