The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operations Technician to join our team in a fast-paced hydraulic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly of hydraulic pumps and components and ensuring production targets are met with high quality and safety standards

This is a 2nd Shift position.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Assemble hydraulic pumps.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Record production data and complete required documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical training is a plus.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or hydraulic systems preferred.

  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 poundsand stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
