Reporting to the Area Manager, Powders, Solutions, the Operator II, Powders - 2nd Shift is responsible for manufacturing quality product according to the work order or other build signal while adhering to defined work instructions. General duties may include picking, assembling, and packaging. Machine set-up and equipment operation may be required. This is a second shift position with the following schedule Monday-Thursday, 3:15PM-1:45AM.

Overtime may be required.

This position is part of the Operations/Plant Management and will be onsite.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications.
• Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out-tag-out, and proper storage of tools, etc. Comply with good housekeeping policies.
• Meet productivity standards and communicate effectively when obstacles occur.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Six months production experience required.
• Six months mechanical experience or equivalent required

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $20.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
