Forklift (Stand up) Rotating 12 hour shifts in Ames
Our client is looking for several qualified Forklift Operators. These are Temporary-To-Hire positions and located in Ames, Iowa.
Starting Pay: $23.00 / Hour
Hours: 7:00am-7:00pm (rotating Schedule)(30 minutes unpaid break & 3X15 min paid breaks)
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2:
Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
Duties:
- Operating a stand up, battery powered Forklift (95% of work shift).
- Utilizing a had held scanner to locate products.
- Taking finished products to the warehouse and putting on racking system.
- Taking products form the warehouse and loading them into a semi-trailer.
Requirements:
- Must live within 15-20 minutes of Ames
- Minimum 6 months stand up forklift experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, safely.
- NO smoking on the premises (Not in your car or on-site, you may leave during your 30-minute break, but NOT the 15-minute breaks).
