The Content Manager’s primary responsibility is to execute the strategy and development of marketing content and related programs across multiple platforms that deliver on client objectives and maintain the agency’s standards.

- Lead and develop content and assets for marketing projects including, but not limited to, online content, web content/messaging, email marketing content, social media content, sales content, and other marketing collateral-both digital and traditional.
- Be the day-to-day oversight and subject matter expert for specific content verticals
- Identify, establish, and maintain internal systems for planning, developing, delivering, and measuring content services
- Monitor and identify key improvements across content marketing services for current client projects to continually improve upon
- Perform client communication to maintain project fulfillment and establish content strategies
- Establish goals, objectives, and success metrics to reach client audiences through appropriate digital marketing channels
- Analyze market trends, and maintain knowledge of agricultural and digital industries, developments, and digital best practices
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, as well as client asset audits as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office environment.
