Responsibilities and Duties:
Operate safely and appropriately in all AgCertain situations and environments
Create and implement marketing and communication plans to build awareness and engagements of Ag Certain Collaborate with cross-function teams to align marketing with sales strategies
Curate content creation, planning, and implementation for all communications channels for assigned programs and campaigns, including mail, email, social media, video, and print for digital marketing
Assist with managing website design through Shopify Coordinate social media campaigns across various channels
Create visually appealing graphic designs for websites, social media, and email campaigns
Write and edit press releases
Prepare reports on analytics from social media
Compose bi-weekly content for the company newsletter
Participate in all company trainings
Perform all other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture Communications, Public Relations, or related field
One to three (1-3) years experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
Prior experience in agricultural, industrial manufacturing, food processing, biodiesel, ethanol, or other types of manufacturing companies preferred, but not required
Must be computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) required
Photography experience preferred
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email marketing platform experience preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Physical abilities to include the ability to lift 50 lbs (23 Kg)

Abide by Good Manufacturing Practices in all AgCertain facilities
