YSS seeks a Mentoring Program Facilitator to recruit and support volunteer mentors, partner with Ames schools, and thoughtfully match mentors with youth. You’ll coordinate training, provide ongoing coaching, and help sustain meaningful mentoring experiences that foster confidence and brighter futures.
The role is full-time, school-based from August to May with summers off, serving Ames Elementary and Middle Schools.
