As the Outreach Coordinator, you'll serve as a primary liaison between PSC and community partners, coordinating outreach, training, and technical assistance while helping translate research into practical resources that improve community well‑being. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping communities turn data into action.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations, state and local agencies, behavioral health partners, and local coalitions to identify outreach, training, and technical assistance needs.

- Maintain public-facing websites and digital communication channels, and represent PSC at conferences, community meetings, and outreach events.
- Experience collaborating with community-based organizations, behavioral health partners, public health agencies, state or local government, or community coalitions, particularly within Iowa.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and facilitating trainings, workshops, webinars, or community engagement events.
- Experience developing or communicating data-informed resources, such as dashboards, infographics, reports, or other tools that help stakeholders understand and use data.
- Knowledge of community health, behavioral health, or community well‑being initiatives.
- Experience working in or alongside programs related to substance use prevention, recovery, or behavioral health.
Join a team where research leads to real-world impact. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects, collaborate with a wide range of partners, and see your work make a difference in communities across Iowa.
As the Outreach Coordinator, you'll connect partners with the training, resources, and data they need to address real-world challenges.
