** Role:
** We are seeking a dedicated
** Charge Nurse- RN/LPN
** to join our
** Northridge Village
** team! The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community, as well as effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.
** Responsibilities:
*** The RN/LPN ensures provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
* The RN/LPN makes daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the residents condition and comfort.
* The RN/LPN follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
* The RN/LPN follows infection control guidelines.
* The RN/LPN initiates procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
* The RN/LPN assesses and evaluate resident change of condition and institute appropriate interventions.
* The RN/LPN communicates with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow through.## Qualifications
*
* Qualifications:

*** The RN/LPN must be a graduate from an accredited school, be currently licensed in state of which applying without encumbrance, and is responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements.
* Preferably 1-2 years of previous nursing experience in Long Term Care and/or a Skilled Nursing Facility, but not required.
* Must possess a current CPR certification.
