LCS Senior Living - 2205 Green Hills Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and medication management;
Administer medications under the delegation of a registered nurse;
Document nursing care after assisting a resident in accordance with community and regulatory standards;
Timely report any changes in resident condition to the RN/LPN on duty;
Ensure resident rooms are kept clean and organized
