In general, we offer 8- and 12-hour shifts for our CNA positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible to provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in a nursing home environment to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well‑being possible.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant follows and upholds The Community’s philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plan.
• CNA
  - Certified Nursing Assistant completes documentation of resident care as assigned.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant follows and upholds policies and procedures of The Community.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant follows and upholds rules outlined in the Community’s employee handbook.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant attends and participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.

  - Certified Nursing Assistant reports changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
