Ames Community School District is seeking Substitute Registered Nurses for the 2026-27 school year. Enjoy a flexible schedule - work when and where you want: preschool, elementary, or secondary grades. These are on‑call substitute positions.

• Provide primary and emergency care to minimize the effects of accidents and illness in the schools.
• Communicate with administration and other staff regarding student health care needs.
• Create a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all students.
• Maintain student health records.
• Abide by strict confidentiality at all times.

Possess a valid RN license.

Must be adaptable, collaborative, and an effective problem‑solver.

$155 per full day
