Plasma Center Nurse- LPN

Bio Life Plasma Services is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our plasma collection center team. In this role, you will provide direct donor care, perform health screenings, monitor donors during plasma collection, and respond to donor reactions following established protocols. You will administer approved medications, perform venipuncture, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and ensure strict adherence to FDA, OSHA, and company safety and quality standards.

Working in a fast-paced clinical environment, you'll collaborate with medical and operations staff, receive ongoing training, and help support life-saving plasma-derived therapies.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor intake assessments and medical screenings
• Monitor donors before, during, and after plasma collection
• Perform venipuncture and manage plasmapheresis equipment per protocol
• Respond to donor reactions and provide basic emergency care within scope
• Administer approved medications and treatments as directed
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company safety and quality standards
• Educate donors on the plasma donation process and post-donation care
• Collaborate with medical and operations staff to optimize donor flow
• Participate in ongoing clinical, quality, and safety training programs
