Job Summary

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer II leads quality improvement initiatives for our product line, driving resolution of complex product and process issues that impact product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead root cause investigations for customer complaints and internal quality issues using statistical tools (DOE, Gage R&R, Six Sigma methodologies).
  • Drive product and process validation activities, including material testing and machine validation.
  • Maintain and manage Agile PLM change processes as a change analyst.
  • Support new product development and sourcing activities through quality validation and statistical analysis.
  • Own quality system processes, including CAPA, SCAR, document control, internal audits, and training.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to improve performance against quality metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality systems or engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working within Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA 21 CFR 820).
  • Demonstrated experience leading root cause investigations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile PLM or similar product lifecycle management systems.
