Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour

Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
