As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers (and their furry friends!) have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing duties.
• Providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with our loyal community of pet owners.
• Supporting and supervising team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
• Helping customers find the best products for their pets and sharing your knowledge about pet care.
• Performing physical tasks, such as lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.

We’re seeking someone who brings a combination of skills, experience, and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• A genuine interest in animals and pet care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.

• The ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and being on your feet for long periods.
