• Provide member service – greet members, verify membership cards, resolve issues, and offer product and service information.
• Maintain the checkout and entrance/exit areas – arrange merchandise, zone aisles, conduct safety sweeps, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Process transactions – accept payments, handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for various membership and payment types.
• Assist with training – teach new associates and technology tools, oversee program rollouts, and provide continuous learning opportunities.
• Enforce safety and security – follow company safety procedures, report unsafe situations, monitor for potential criminal activity, maintain logs and documentation, and execute emergency response procedures.
• Support company values – work collaboratively, uphold integrity, foster an inclusive culture, and continuously seek improvement.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience using mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
