Compensation
The hourly rate will be $16 – $29 per hour, and will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
