Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately;
Operates Tire and Battery Center equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Maintains and services Members automobiles by driving cars into and out of bay area, identifying damage prior to servicing, and performing tire/battery services;
Completes and maintains paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
