Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21 - $34 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage at the job location)
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

• Greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance
• Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
• Maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day
