As a Beauty Manager, you will lead your team, analyze business performance, develop talent, maintain strong visual standards, and create an engaging shopping experience for every customer.

• Lead and develop your team:
  
  Provide frequent coaching and feedback, set clear expectations, recognize individual contributions, motivate associates, and empower team members to make confident business decisions.
• Analyze business performance:
  
  Review sales reports, business metrics, and other available information to understand performance trends, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results.
• Support talent management:
  
  Identify and recruit talented individuals in the local market and actively seek candidates for open positions.
• Maintain visual standards:
  
  Walk the sales floor regularly to ensure merchandise is clean, organized, and presented according to JCPenney visual standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service:
  
  Engage with customers, understand their needs, and work with your team to create positive and memorable shopping experiences.
• Execute monthly animations:
  
  Partner with store leadership and your team to prepare for upcoming merchandise presentations, layouts, and promotional sets while ensuring an engaging experience for customers.

• Prioritize customers' unique needs.
• Provide excellent service and create positive experiences.

• Apply company and functional knowledge to business decisions.
