What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Rep, you are the face of Strong Hold Insure in the field.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners
  • Meeting with company leaders to recommend benefit solutions
  • Clearly and honestly explaining health insurance options and benefits
  • Addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Participating in sales meetings and ongoing training
  • Assisting in training and developing other team members
Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Home most nights
