Job Title: Client Relationship Consultant
U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant who will build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels, assess their banking needs, and recommend products and services that help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Build and foster relationships with customers via in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on their goals and needs.
- Proactively outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about customers’ financial needs and channel preferences.
- Identify solutions for new and existing clients by effectively engaging and communicating with them.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products.
- Deliver a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products and services.
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
- Maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation
Z.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically has a minimum of three to four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
- Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
- Experience with digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital‑first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in making appropriate product recommendations that meet customer needs.
- Preferred experience in the financial services industry.

Pay Range: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
