The RoleWe ve built a strong, growing equipment business — and now we re expanding the sales team to keep up with demand. As a Sales Representative at our Ames dealership, you ll drive revenue across our equipment lineup and play a key part in scaling the team: strengthening our pipeline, sharpening our process, and deepening customer relationships as we grow.

What You ll Do- Sell across our full equipment lineup — new and used tractors, loaders, and ag/construction equipment
- Prospect and build your own pipeline: growers, contractors, dealers, and local businesses
- Operate the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, including trade-ins and financing
- Help strengthen and scale our sales process — CRM workflows, lead tracking, follow-up cadence, and reporting
- Build lasting relationships in the Iowa ag and construction community
- Partner with marketing on local campaigns, promotions, and trade-show/event presence
- Share market and customer insight back to leadership to sharpen our strategy
- As we grow, help onboard, mentor, and shape the expanding sales team
- 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting and beating targets
- Background in equipment, agriculture, automotive, construction, or a related field strongly preferred
- A true hunter mentality, comfortable prospecting and growing a book of business
- Self-motivated and organized; you thrive with autonomy and help sharpen how we sell
- Comfort with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Interest in growing into a leadership role as the sales team expands
- Valid driver s license
- Existing relationships in the Iowa ag or construction community
- Familiarity with TYM or comparable tractor/equipment brands
- Experience helping grow or scale a sales operation
