What You'll DoGreet customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget

Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, technology, and available programs

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to support purchase decisions

Manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up through the CRMMaintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and product updates

Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through vehicle delivery

Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and dealership teams to provide a smooth customer experience

What You'll Bring Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience

Confidence working with customers and guiding them through a purchase decision

Management of leads, appointments, and follow-up activity in a CRMComfortable learning vehicle features, technology, inventory, and manufacturer programs

Drive to achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering a strong customer experience

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
