• Guide customers through financing, protection products, and available purchase options.
• Build relationships with lenders and submit deals for financing approval.
• Enter transaction and financing information into dealership systems.
• Prepare contracts, DMV documents, lender paperwork, and required disclosures.
• Track outstanding deal items and support contract funding.
• Partner with sales managers and sales teams to complete accurate customer transactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding purchased products and required next steps.
• Maintain required state and dealership licensing and training.

• 1+ years of experience in automotive finance, sales, banking, lending, or a related customer-facing role.
• Comfort working with numbers, contracts, and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
