• Serve as the welcoming face of Green Hills for prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
• Build trusted community relationships that generate qualified leads.
• Guide prospects through a meaningful decision while helping Green Hills reach occupancy and revenue goals.

• Develop and execute independent living sales and outreach strategies.
• Lead engaging tours, presentations, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Manage leads, referral sources, move-in progress, and reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to create smooth, memorable move-in experiences.

• Licensed real estate agent with strong relationship-building skills.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Prefer 5 year’s of experience in sales, marketing, outreach, senior living, real estate, hospitality, or another service-focused field.
