Plumbing Foreman

Overview

ACI Mechanical is a full‑service, merit‑shop, design‑build commercial and industrial mechanical contractor founded in 1945. We are dedicated to customer service and employ engineers, project managers, welders, pipe fitters, sheet metal mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

Seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead, train, and guide the plumbing crew in the field. The foreman will oversee operations and ensure crew readiness and resource availability.

• Display knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes.
• Read plans and specifications and ensure compliance with water, waste, and vent systems per contract documents.
• Layout and coordinate plumbing installation.
• Complete measurements in the field for duct creation and installation.
• Schedule and organize materials needed in the field in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2–5 years of managerial experience in plumbing.
• OSHA
  10 or30 not required at application; will be required after hire.
• Driving record meets company requirements.
• Successful passing of pre‑employment drug screening required.

May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, loud noises, and other hazards within OSHA standards when visiting the job site. Outdoor conditions such as heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust may be encountered. May be expected to carry up to 30pounds regularly and 50pounds occasionally, stand for long periods, walk moderate‑to‑long distances on varying surfaces, climb, crawl, crouch, reach, grip, push, and pull without issue.
