Structural Welder
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to perform essential welding tasks for commercial construction buildings. This role requires executing complex welding assignments independently and setting up and operating welding equipment for a variety of tasks. You will apply shop mathematics to plan work layouts and perform quality checks during fabrication through visual inspections and measurements.
Responsibilities- Perform complex welding assignments independently.
- Set up and operate welding equipment for various tasks.
- Apply practical shop mathematics for layouts and work planning.
- Conduct quality checks through visual inspections and measurements.
- Set up and operate powered and hand-held tools such as drills, grinders, and saws.
- Communicate job-related information with co-workers, project managers, and superintendents for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Experience in structural, construction, and steel fabrication welding.
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience with certification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication instructions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction projects is preferred but not required.
- A goal-driven team player with a reliable work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills through in-house training programs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
