You’ll work with cutting‑edge tools, support growers, and build the skills needed for a successful career in agriculture.

This Crop Service Intern opportunity is available within the following areas of our Iowa territory:
Ames, Waterloo, Marshalltown, and Cedar Rapids.

• Observe and report on pests, weeds, and crop conditions
• Support operational workflows and precision agriculture services
• Travel to customer fields across the territory
• Install and monitor moisture sensors
• Troubleshoot hardware issues
• Operate an ATV for field scouting

• Pursuing a degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or another agriculture-related major (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
