LOCAL HOME-DAILY Class A, CDL Driver needed in Des Moines, IA!
Straitline Transportation, LLC is looking for an energetic and self‑motivated Class-A CDL Driver to lead our Des Moines, Iowa Operations.
JobDuties Include:
- Loading and unloading multiple pneumatic & hopper trailers daily.
- Complete local deliveries to Des Moines and surrounding cities such as Ames, Marshalltown, Newton, Storm Lake, Dennison.
- Begin and end your day in Des Moines.
- Communicate effectively between Operations and on‑site customer.
- Monday‑Friday; no weekends.
- Average 60hrs per week.
- Per‑load pay, gross weekly average of $1,750‑$1,850.
- $2,000 sign‑on bonus.
- Annual safety bonus up to $1,600/yr.
- Annual years of service bonus $100/yr.
- Quarterly driver bonus up to $2,400/yr.
- Health, dental, & vision available after 30 days.
- Company‑paid short & long‑term disability.
- Company‑paid life insurance.
- Weekly direct deposit.
- $50/month cell phone reimbursement.
- 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Good driving record.
- Pneumatic experience preferred, not required.
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
