CDL A Drivers Home Weekends $1900-$2200+/WK (Full Time)
Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR—no yard jockey or trainer time) earn $1900‑$2200/WK getting home every week. Drivers also receive a $2K sign‑on bonus with full benefits starting after 30 days, which includes medical, 401K, PTO, and more.
- Pay Breakdown:
Starting at $.70–$.80 CPM with raises every 6 months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, with an average weekly pay of $1900 and top drivers earning over $2200/WK. - Sign‑On Bonus: $2000, paid in installments—$500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days, and $1000 after 60 days.
- Home Time:
Be home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time. - Touch Freight: 100% touch freight where drivers place lightweight boxes (1‑18 lbs) on a conveyor belt. No inventory, stocking, or store entry required.
- Modern Equipment:
Drive Freightliner and International trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and APUs. - Paid Training: 5 days of paid training at $150/day.
- Comprehensive Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401K available after 30 days.
- Rider & Pet Policy:
Bring your rider and pet after completing training.
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes any accident causing injury, a jack‑knife or rollover)
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years
- No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years
- Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years
- Can not have more than 3 jobs in the last year
- If you have been terminated from a previous job for safety you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
