F Recruitment are seeking an experienced Plumber for a 3‑month temp, opportunity to change to permanent, working on void military housing properties. This role involves a mix of refurbishment, maintenance, and repair work, delivering high-quality standards across a range of local sites.
Role Responsibilities- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurb tasks on void properties
- Install, diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
- Work independently across various local military housing sites
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Proven experience as a Plumber (maintenance/voids/refurb experience desirable)
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard
- Must do a DBS check
- £24 per hour, paid weekly
- Local work across grouped sites within 10/15 mile radius
- Supportive team and reliable ongoing communication
